many visitors have asked for is a family-oriented show that is held during the day. Bryson Hall has
answered that call with PROFESSOR PRIMROSE’S GUIDE TO FINDING FAIRIES.
Local author/actor Christopher Soucy has created a fun and fanciful multi-media show including puppets
and live characters, where you are instructed on where to find Savannah’s illusive fairies that are hidden
in shops all around downtown Savannah.
After the entertaining show, participants are given a map with clues and riddle that, when solved, lead the
way to each unique fairy and its hiding place. They are instructed to photograph each fairy in its habitat
and submit their pictures either in person or via e-mail to receive prizes.
This is a wonderful opportunity for families to take a break from the weather in an historic, climate
controlled atmosphere to enjoy some of Savannah’s most talented actors and puppeteers. It also gives the
audience members a reason to explore downtown and to venture into shops and other places that they may
not have visited otherwise. Although we’d love to give credit to our local vendors who are participating –
they must remain a secret until the clues and riddles have been solved by the individual participants.
This unique show is perfect for visitors and local families, youth and school groups, day care centers and
more. Group rates and brown bag lunch shows are available.
The fairies, goblins, elves and imps hidden throughout downtown Savannah were designed by Chris
Soucy and Chris Heady. Fairies sculpted and puppets built by Chris Soucy. The show is conceived,
written and directed by Chris Soucy. Original music by Myke Chapman.
